I'm able to take insurance for covered diagnoses when medically necessary from the following insurance companies. Depending on the plan, this typically includes musculoskeletal pain, and sometimes nausea and Substance use Disorder.  You can call me or your insurance carrier to check your coverage--I'm happy to check for you if provided with some of your information, which i will keep private. For non-covered diagnoses, out of pocket payments are allowed. Out of pocket ( aka cash payment or payment at time of service) prices are determined by the complexity of the issue and treatment. ​
